I'm sure you've heard the saying "No good deed goes unpunished". These terms are simply to protect my butt from smacktards.

MRS is intended to be used as an informative source to link Modders to Mod teams. It's a mod placement service. This is a privately owned and operated web site intended to serve the mod development community; however, MRS offers NO GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND.

The creators of the adds or resumes, are personally responsible and liable for your adds, and all their content and linked content. They must honor all legal rights including but not limited to: individual rights, copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy etc. They are subject to and liable under all local, national, and international laws.

Adds or Resumes that are off-topic, obscene, hostile, threatening, in violation of copyright law, trademark law, or otherwise illegal are unacceptable. Any add that contains the following may be subject to remedial action by MRS.

Adds that contain swearing, harassing threatening, racism, sexism, or ageism
Adds/Resumes that contain pornography
Adds/Resumes that contain warez and crack
Adds/Resumes that contain any material that is knowingly false, misleading, or inaccurate
Adds/Resumes that are off topic
Adds/Resumes that contain advertisement or commercial promotion of any kind
Adds/Resumes that contain any slander of any kind
Adds/Resumes that contain private information about another person
Adds/Resumes that contain impersonating another person or mod
Multiple resume accounts.
Multiple mod accounts for a single mod within a game directory
Inappropriately placed adds.

MRS encourages the users of this site to notify MRS when an infringement of these terms is observed. MRS has the ability to remove objectionable material and will make every effort to do so within a reasonable amount of time. This is a manual process, so please realize that this may take some time and may not effect the results.

MRS and it's agents will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of any data posted to this site. MRS will cooperate with any 3rd party litigation, investigation through these dynamic pages.

Privacy Policy

MRS is run from my own time and money as a hobby. MRS will not sell your email address. All information stored on the server is confidential. MRS doesn’t use cookies.
